This is a very exciting week for my 6-year-old nephew.
Last we chatted on the webcam he spent the entire time demonstrating how his new Transformer went from robot to car and back again. Actually, it might have been a dump truck or some other vehicle and he'll probably be mortified with my generic use of the word "car."
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is now in theaters.
If his mother would let him, I'm pretty sure he would have slept out to see the first showing and dressed like a Transformer too. Last summer they had a big birthday party with a balloon artist who made a life-sized sculpture of your choosing. Of course, he chose a Transformer.
I hope his doting Grandma or super-cool parents are taking him to see the movie soon. Ah, to be six again.

His super cool grandma has promised to take him to. His lame-o mom has asked that it be next week. It is all but killing him.
