In other triumphant news, I made it to the gym before work every morning this week. I fell out of the habit sometime in the last few months and have struggled tremendously to make it out of bed early. I finally got tired of squandering my limited after work hours fighting for a treadmill in the crowded gym and decided to get back in the morning saddle. It took quite a few false starts, but I'm thinking one successful week makes a habit. And a very tired body.
